Online Piano Teacher

About This Role

We are hiring Online Piano Teachers based in Nigeria to teach students globally through leading online tutoring platforms such as Preply, iTalki, Outschool, and more. You will deliver engaging, personalized piano lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels — from beginners to advanced players. Lessons are conducted remotely via video call. What You Will Do: • Teach piano to international students on assigned online platforms • Prepare structured lesson plans tailored to each student's level and musical goals • Teach fundamentals such as posture, finger techniques, scales, chords, and sight-reading • Guide students through pieces across different genres (classical, pop, jazz, etc.) • Help students improve rhythm, timing, and musical expression • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback • Prepare students for recitals, exams, or performances where applicable • Maintain a professional and encouraging learning environment • Manage your schedule and bookings on the platform • Communicate clearly with students and parents when applicable What You Own: • Student satisfaction and retention • Quality of lesson delivery and engagement • Consistent availability and scheduling • Platform ratings and reviews

Requirements

• • Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom or similar platforms)
• • Access to a piano/keyboard, reliable internet, and a quiet environment
