About This Opportunity

We are hiring Online Maths Teachers based in Nigeria to teach students globally through leading online tutoring platforms such as Preply, Cambly, iTalki, Outschool, and more.

You will deliver engaging, personalized maths lessons to students of varying ages and levels — from primary school arithmetic to advanced secondary school topics. Lessons are conducted remotely via video call.

What You Will Do:

• Teach maths to international students on assigned online platforms
• Prepare structured lesson plans tailored to each student's level and goals
• Deliver lessons covering topics like algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and arithmetic
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a professional and encouraging learning environment
• Manage your schedule and bookings on the platform
• Communicate clearly with students and parents when applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field
• Teaching experience (formal or tutoring) of 1+ years

• Patient, engaging, and adaptable teaching style
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet, professional home workspace with good lighting
• Comfortable using video conferencing tools
• Experience with online teaching platforms is a plus
