Contract Opportunity – Akan (Twi/Fante) Language AI Trainer

About This Role

Hi! We have a paid contract opportunity for people in Ghana who are fluent in Akan (Asante Twi, Akuapem Twi, or Fante) and English. We're looking for someone who: Speaks Akan naturally with authentic native pronunciation and tonal accuracy. Can speak and read English comfortably. Can speak English with a natural Ghanaian/Akan accent, as well as speak Akan fluently. Is available to help train an AI system on Akan speech and phonetics. Is able to record clear audio of themselves speaking Akan or English in an extremely serene environment. Role: Akan Language AI Trainer (Contract) Pay: GH₵100 per hour Earning Potential: Depending on the number of hours you work, you can earn GH₵600, GH₵1,000, or more. This role involves speaking in both English (with Ghanaian intonation) and Akan to help train AI models to better understand regional African speech patterns.
